Pink and Pastel Green organza polyester cotton blend base is adorned with layers of ruffles, knee length, it is very full as it comes but can also be worn with a petticoat. It includes a perfectly M2M hair bloom that was created to bring this complete ensemble a very elegant look.  It comes on a fascinator style base with 18/24 on lace band and 3T - 6/7Y on clips unless otherwise requested.
