Spring Fling

This is a limited release. Get yours before it is gone - Med size (4.5") Pastel variety of Spring time colors with an open bloom that has rhinestones and pearls in the center, white feathers, variety of Spring pastel streamers attached. Pictured on a lace headband but can be on a hard band, nylon, elastic band or clip.
