The Rebekah outfit can be worn to your next big event in style, to Sunday School, the next baby shower, birthday party, or family pictures or on any occasion! Peachy Pink Soft cotton polyester blend base is adorned with layers and layers of pleated tulle ruffles, it has snaps to keep the dress down as a romper style,  it includes a perfectly M2M hair bloom that was created to bring this complete ensemble a very elegant look.  It comes on a lace band unless otherwise stated.  Toe blooms are also M2M and can be purchased separately.
