The Monroe outfit can be worn to your next photoshoot, birthday party, picnic, Sunday School, the next baby shower, or family pictures or on any occasion in style! This blue Soft cotton polyester blend base is adorned with beautiful color beaded embroidered applique, double layer flutters and rhinestone straps - layers of ruffles and iridescent lace, it is a romper style.  It includes a perfectly M2M hair bloom that was created to bring this complete ensemble a very pretty look.  It comes on a lace band unless otherwise stated.  Toe blooms are also M2M and can be purchased separately.

Size 2T/3T: Waist 9 1/2"   **modeled by Monroe (wears a 3T and fit perfect)

if your infant is a little on the chubby side a 6-9 month could fit down to a 3 month.
