Hi, I am Laura Kay the owner and designer on this site.
In 2016 my dream, Lacey Lengths, came to fruition. It happened as I was creating Easter pieces for ladies in our church and neighboring churches in our area. The little girls and many others started noticing and requesting the headpieces, encouraging me to expand and offer them in an online boutique style platform.
After a period of time, I wanted something different and unique to stand out from the others. This is when I developed the petal point technique. It creates the most perfect realistic flower blooms that have evolved into an array of variations. Now we add unique center pieces, accessories, intricate beads and pins, hand dyed petals, and even feathers and lace giving each item a beautiful look that stands out from others!
I focused on adding original ideas to my creations that had not yet been introduced into the bloom world. After a lot of thought and designing in my studio, I created the clip on streamers. What this means is, you can get an OTT piece then remove the streamers for everyday use making versatile to use dressing it up or down.
